Mon-Fri 8:00-9:00 PM
Sat 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Sun 9:00-6:00 PM
HOW FAR DO YOU GO TO RUN AN ERRAND?
Any errand within a 5 miles is included in the hourly rate. After 5 miles there is a fee of $.56 per mile. We will travel up to 30 miles on a delivery. Per request, additional mileage can be accommodated with special arrangement.
DO I NEED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE?
Appointments should be scheduled 24 hours in advance. Rush services are available for an additional fee.
HOW ARE ITEMS PURCHASED ON MY BEHALF PAID FOR?
Payment will be expected at the time of service for any expenses incurred. You may also set up a retainer for such expenses if you are not available at the time of the service.
WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS TO YOU TAKE?
We accept all major credit cards, cash, PayPal and checks. Please note returned checks will be assessed a $25 returned check fee.
